Remuneration Committee

Remuneration Committee at KingJims Shipping

In line with our commitment to robust corporate governance and the establishment of a well-structured compensation system for our directors and managerial officers, KingJims Shipping created the Remuneration Committee on September 30, 2011. This initiative aligns with the “Regulations Governing the Appointment and Exercise of Powers by the Remuneration Committee of a Company Whose Stock is Listed on the Stock Exchange or Traded Over the Counter,” as promulgated by the Financial Supervisory Commission.

Dedicated to Fair Compensation

The Remuneration Committee consists exclusively of independent directors appointed by the Board of Directors. Its primary role is to set and regularly review the performance evaluation and remuneration policies, systems, standards, and structures for our directors and managerial officers. The compensation of these key individuals is also subject to periodic evaluation and determination. For more detailed information on our remuneration practices, please refer to our annual report or visit our website on the Market Observation Post System (MOPS).

At KingJims Shipping, we are unwavering in our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices that uphold the principles of good corporate governance.
