Our Board of Directors
At KingJims Shipping, our Board of Directors is the cornerstone of our corporate governance, entrusted with guiding our strategic vision and ensuring the responsible execution of our business operations. As per our Articles of Incorporation, the company is represented by a dedicated team of seven to nine Directors, including three Independent Directors. These individuals are elected during Shareholders’ Meetings, carefully chosen for their expertise and decision-making prowess. Each Director serves a three-year term, collectively forming the Board, which holds the responsibility for managing the company’s affairs.
